i read that. :o) I didn't apply to my second choice school because I got accepted here before I got around to writing the extra essays for Champlain. ahah.

Way random story, but whatevs. When I was in the 5th grade, I was in class and my teacher was clearly having a bad day. We were going over the vocab terms in our history lesson, and I said the next vocab term before she got to it. She pretty much lost it and said, "Fine, if you think you can do better come up here and teach the class". I was a little nervous and confused, but I went up there and called on kids in my class to name the colonies until she told me to sit back down. That was the first time I considered being a teacher, and I still want to be one even now.

So aside from that pointless story, lauren, you are a great kid and I think you forget that sometimes. You have a really bright future ahead of you, and you should be really proud of what you've accomplished. Take care :)
