Soap Actors being dissed....how sad is that....
well ok i was just reading on a message board on the abc webiste for the DWTS and was reading the fan reaction about Kelly! she is being ripped apart on that board and granted i understand that some people aren't going to like or don't like her but they are entitled to there opinons though. but I am entiled to mine as well too! so any who i thought i would express that opinon but basically this isn't really about Kelly in general but it's what happened to her b/c she is a "soap actress" so in the eyes of most of the media she isn't shit! but that goes for most soap actors!! i think it is bullshit for kelly to get ripped apart on DWTS b/c she is a soap actress and if i was her and her the abc comintaor call me the wooden actress i would file a complait against the net work for something! i mean this is her network dissing her i think that is bullshit oh she is good enough to be on your soap but not good enough to have respect on you prime time show? that's *shakes head* is bullshit IMO!
but any who as i was saying i think it is bullshit that the soap actors get looked down upon b/c they work in day time! *rme* in my i opinon i think day time is one of the best mediums of acting to work in! i have more respect for a soap actor then i do for a movie actor. don't get me wrong i like alot of movie actors but i love my daytime actors more! they daytime stars most of them that is are more approchable and personable they the big time movie stars. the day time actors some of them take the time to appercate the fans unlike some big time movie stars. but what gets under my skin is that the tabloids are always saying this and that about a certain move star but yet they forget were most of them came form that's right daytime tv! and let me tell ya the so called actress cousin of mine is the same way she looks down upon the daytime acting. but yet wants to be on AMC? *shakes head* so let me point out some big time stars that have come for daytime! Julieann Moore, Tommy Lee Jones ,Demi Moore, Emma Sims (oh i forget her last name but her character chased after Luke back in the day) oh and i could name many moore who have done daytime and moved up! when i mention these names to my cuz she couldn't believe it!*shakes head* but then again the bitch won't listen to me so fuck her! oh the guy who played precy on the Green Mile with Tom hanks is now in daytime i do believe he is on GL don't know if he still is but he even now after doing daytime has a great respect for the daytime medium of acting! but yet the tabloids forget where half of the big time comes form!
and then i see all these mags about the daytime emmys and mainly the emmys are about thesoap stars and yet they show pics of ellen ,and simmon cowell and people who aren't daytime stars *shakes head* i don't get it! it just pisses me off to no end that the daytime stars don't get the respect they diserve! I think they daytime actors are the hardest working bunch in the biz they work partically around the clock 5 days week to bring us the fans some good entertainment! they learn 80 to 100 some odd pages of Dialoge a day and yet they get dissed every time ya turn around! look at the show DHW um hello do we not get a mention of the fact that chuck pratt is the excutive producer of that show and is the head writer of GH, do we forget were Eva Longra has come form ? i believe she made her start on Y&R and Isabella! *shakes head* i see her plasterd all over US weekly and in touch mag but yet not one mention of the fact she was on a soap! oh and Becky Budig is sometimes plasterd in US weekly but only b/c of her gay ass hubby and we don't get a mention of were she is form and if it is mention it is in small print! i have a good mind to write people ,us weekly,in touch and all the rest of those tabloids to get my point across that i think the daytime stars are as much a part of hollwood as the big time movie stars! hey do they forget that Elizabeth tyler was on a soap? *shakes head* this rant is long enough and i think i am going end to end this rant so i don't get all off topic and make no sense i just think this is all comeplete and utter bullshit! LOL!
