hm yeah, that could be a problem. i suppose if theres someone you know who has a tongue or even a lip piercing that smokes alot, you could ask them and see what they say.

I have my tongue and lip pirced, and I smoke. It didnt get infected. Just make sure you rinse your mouth out with mouthwash, and you will be set.
