so my sister left today, i said bye to her on sunday and it made me understand that some things really are little. and maybe we say goodbye too quickly to people who we shouldn't write out of out lives. so i guess that's why i sent you that text message. but i understand now, some people don't forgive as easily. we both know i had things i needed to forgive you for, and i did. i'm sorry you couldn't let them go as i did.

some things just don't matter as much as other things. holding onto something that is already broken makes you wonder if it's worth fixing or if the damage is already done.
