Death is just the beginning,
This game we play,
What some would call ‘our lives’
Is only the start.
The journey of our soul,
That’s our real ‘lives’,
The flitting from body to body,
From heaven to hell
In what time would call
‘Only a second’.
The fact ‘our lives’
Are over within,
What?
Eighty years maybe,
And that’s it.
That is nothing in the eyes if time.
We are nothing in the eyes of time,
We are just a species.
An animal.
Soon we will be over,
The time of man will be over
And the world will say goodbye to us
With the same gracious approval
That it welcomed us with.
We will be gone and time will go on
Because that’s what happens in our world.
