(OOC) Horde Channel is Taking Donations...

If you are already a member of the Horde channel, please skip the following two paragraphs.

The Horde channel (/Horde) is a communication channel for use on offensive and defensive related issues. It serves as a network of interested members of our Faction for World PVP and battleground material. Currently, the channel has a steady membership of around 50 to 60 during peak hours, which is fantastic since it has only been in commission for roughly six months. if you have not done so and this sounds like an interesting venture, please feel free to join /Horde. We also have started a off-topic, chatterbox channel related to this channel that can be located at /HordeFUN.
All I ask that when joining the Horde channel, please be aware that this is a volunteer type of membership and while there are many people in the channel, the channel is not to be used for looking for groups (unless its related to world pvp or battleground issues), trade issues, or general chatter. That's what the HordeFUN channel was created for. (:

That being said, I would like to announce that through a collaborative effort between myself and Moou, there will be a "Warrant" event that will be upcoming in the next week or so. This challenge to make the kills on certain Alliance individuals is an attempt to bring world pvp and some RP into the mix. Yes, it is kind of like that "Gank List" challenge idea that was run a few months ago too (: An official IC post will be made which will have all the details of who and the start date, etc. BUT, these bounties are in need of some contributions. While I would love to support the reward fund myself, its simply not possible. Thus, I am seeking to raise roughly 800 gold or more.
That is what I am making a plea here for morning: if you would be willing to donate (gold or items that could be vendered or auctioned off for the reward pool), please send to our newly created channel alt, Hiaha. Your efforts will be noted in the official RP post. We are also interested in any common item donations as well, such as buff food or excess potions you may have, for another on-going event idea we have cooking for the future.
