blanket anniversary: the Blanket Scenario Awards
For everyone else who won't be writing and participating in the contest, we present:
the 1st BLANKET SCENARIO COMM's CHOICE AWARDS
...to honor and recognize the past year's Blanket Scenario entries and let the rest of the comm have their extra bit of fun!
The Rules for this is simple: NOMINATE a Blanket Scenario story/fic and vote for your favorites! The story that gets the most votes will get the Award!
Here's an elaboration:
[1] Comment to this post if you have a fic to nominate. The story/fic that you nominate MUST be a Blanket Scenario fic (whether they've been posted at this comm or anywhere else, so long as they used the 'Blanket Scenario' conditions, see the community profile for that); MUST be a fic written not beyond January 2007; and MUST NOT be an entry to the Blanket Scenario Challenge-Challenge.
For privacy, ALL COMMENTS to this post will be SCREENED.
[2] Use the format below when submitting a nomination:
(subject line, type:) I NOMINATE!
(comment entry, type the following info:)
Title of Story;
Author/s of Story;
Fandom (anime/manga/JDorama/RPG or games);
Link to Story;
Email or LJ username of Author (if available);
Category/Categories to be Nominated in; (see next rule)
[3] You can nominate a single story for more than one category, and you can nominate several stories as well. You may also nominate for your own fic if you like ^^ The Categories for Nomination are:
BEST DRAMA/ANGST
BEST COMEDY/CRACK
BEST ROMANCE/FLUFF
BEST LEMON/LIME (smut)
MOST ORIGINAL BLANKET SCENARIO

[4] DEADLINE for Nominations is on February 25th 2007, 11:59 EST. The moderators will then post an Official List of Nominees and voting shall commence immediately.
