Haircut / Books
Went for haircut yesterday, to my usual hair stylist. But now he's no longer in TPY but AMK Hub. He said his shop have been taken over by someone else, and he's now a freelancer. He said he prefer the new environment coz it's not so boring when there's no customer, as his shop at TPY is a unit at the 2nd floor which belongs to his parent's house and eventually was sold out last year. Then he rent from that person to carry on with his business. But then he got to take care of it, eg. take care of the environment, sweep the floor, repair air condition, wash toilet etc. And recently the owner raise the rental and he found that it's not worth so he let go and be a freelancer. Now he's in a shop own by someone else, he only need to take care of his customers. After business hour, he just leave without worry.
After haircut, i went to TPY Popular to shop for stationeries. And i also bought two English books to read. Well, can't remember when was the last time i buy and read an English book. Perhaps it's 10 years back. And normally i don't buy books as i don't like to keep them. But i likes Mitch Albom "tuesdays with Morrie". And so as the books that i bought yesterday, Mitch Albom "for one more day" and "the five people you meet in heaven". i don't know why, but i was attracted by his books 'only'. Or perhaps his books are more easy to read. i don't know when will i finished reading, as i read quite slow, even if it's a Chinese novel.
