Having a full staff sure makes one hell of a difference. We can have some hot food for a while.

In deference to our Jewish passengers or others wishing to celebrate the holiday, the kitchen will be serving a separate kosher menu for Passover week, with foods traditional for Seder. I don't know what the fuck I'm talking about.If you have any ( Read more... )

It's got something to do with the way the animals were killed. Humanely or something. I dunno.

It's a religious thing. You know, like praying or taking holy communion in church. They make sure the animals are in as little pain as possible when they die. Supposed to make people better. More wholesome, you know what I mean?

They've got all kinds of rules. Don't eat this, don't wear that, keep your house clean. Very strict people, Jews.
