Inmate Self-Evaluation Form

Warden’s Name: Dean Winchester

1. How long have you been here? A few months
2. Do you believe you belong here? According to some standards, probably
3. If you were a color, what color would you be, and why? NOT red or blue
4. How many wardens have you had? Just the one
5. Describe your average day aboard the Barge. I wake up, feed Chev, do my custodial duty, go to the infirmary sometimes to make sure I'm healing alright, and spending the rest of my time either in the library doing research, writing and studying, or playing Risk with Swing
6. What job has your warden assigned to you? For the moment- custodial duty. I can't remember if I'm even supposed to be doing it anymore, but I've grown kind of fond of cleaning and he hasn't told me to stop.
7. What was your initial reaction upon meeting your warden? What an idiot...
8. What are your hobbies? I like to study, to read and write, and most recently- learning to play Risk
9. In one word, how would you describe your warden? Foolish
10. What is the most important rule to follow, as an inmate? Keep your head down and your mouth shut
11. What is your ideal holiday destination? Edanna. Beautiful, dangerous, and very much isolated.
12. What is the worst moment you’ve experienced aboard the Barge? I'd rather not say
13. What is the best moment you’ve experienced aboard the Barge? Getting Chev
14. Do you feel you have improved since arriving here? Improved in what way?
15. How many times have you died? On the Barge? None.
16. If you were an animal, what animal would you be, and why? I'd rather not be an animal
17. Do you feel that you know your fellow inmates well? Those who matter, yes.
18. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? I wish I could have been the kind of son a father likes to talk to.
19. If you could change one thing about your warden, what would it be? He isn't too obnoxious at the moment, so nothing.
20. Do you want to graduate? Of course.
21. How do you feel? Hungry?
