Warden Self-Evaluation Form

Inmate’s Name: Sam Winchester

1. How long have you been here? 3 months.
2. What skills do you bring to your organization? I have a degree in psychology and I'm a police detective.
3. If you were a color, what color would you be, and why? A bright color, maybe yellow.
4. How many inmates have you had? Just the one.
5. Describe your average day aboard the Barge. I get up, shower, eat breakfast, find a way to entertain myself until lunch. Sometimes I meet up with Sam Tyler. I usually speak to my Inmate at some point and then there's dinner, and I go to bed at decent hour.
6. How many of your inmates have graduated? N/A
7. Do you believe in the existence of a deity? Explain. No offense, but I really don't see how that's relevant.
8. How many of your inmates have disappeared without graduating? N/A
9. What was your initial reaction upon reading your inmate’s file? A little shocked at first, but it went away.
10. What are your hobbies? I like to read, listen to music..that sort of thing.
11. In one word, how would you describe your inmate? Guarded.
12. What is the most important rule to follow, as a warden? Help your Inmate.
13. What is your ideal holiday destination? Someplace tropical.
14. What is the worst moment you’ve experienced aboard the Barge? When my Inmate shot me.
15. What is the best moment you’ve experienced aboard the Barge? when I found out Sam Tyler was here.
16. Do you achieve a sense of satisfaction from this job? I do.
17. How many times have you died? Just once.
18. If you were an animal, what animal would you be, and why? I dunno, I've never thought about it.
19. Do you feel that you know your fellow wardens well? Not really.
20. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? I'm quite happy with myself.
21. If you could change one thing about your inmate, what would it be? For my Inmate to trust me more. But we're working on it.
22. How do you feel? I feel fine.
