Kitchen Shifts:
For the next month, these are our kitchen shifts. After a month, we'll switch it around, try to give you all some diversity.
Don't complain. I organized you based on how much cooking experience you claim to have and what your strengths are.
Breakfast:
Claire - Line cook
Charlie - Bussing
Morgan - Line cook
Aleera - Serving
Lunch:
Lestat - Serving
Rayne - Line Cook
West - Line Cook
Tony - Bussing
Dinner:
Ralph - "Sous Chef", Bussing
Dino - Line Cook, Bussing
Loki - Line Cook, Bussing
Sylar - Line Cook, Bussing
Kurt - Line Cook, Bussing
Giselle - Desserts, Serving, Bussing
Line cooks, remember this isn't the fucking Rainbow Room and we're not caterers. We're cooking school meals, in bulk. Get as much out, as fast as possible. People don't like what we're making, they don't have to eat it. On the other side of the coin, what we're making still has to be edible, you know what I'm saying?
Descriptions of your jobs are as follows:
Line Cook: We're going to do this like a fast food joint. One person to prepare the ingredients, one to toss them in the pot, etc. Nothing fancy. We're out of parsley.
Bussing: Dishes. You see dishes, you clean them. If I find it's getting too busy for us to do it, people are going to have to start washing their own.
Serving: Dish out the food and beverages to the starving masses. Until we know when we're going to be able to restock our little pantry, do not give out seconds, Giselle.
You'll notice our dinner crew has two or more jobs each. Guess when we get our biggest influx of people? Multitask.

I made a deal with the devil, if you will, to get the vampires on my kitchen staff. I got us someone to cook the meals, now I need help.
Any of you who haven't donated blood already, I'd be mighty appreciative if you'd step up to the plate and show your thanks for the three extra people serving your meals.
