running and lifting

So i actually have a lot to say, but dont have much time, so i think im also going to change this into my workout journal with the ultimate goal of being fit and having a six pack, and all that goodness. So tomorrow im probably going to work out a plan, set some goals, and add some structure to these goals.

today 1:
Lifted upper body
Arms/shoulders/lats/rhomboids
sit ups
ran 20 minutes

Was a good day

Also i had dinner with jennifer and had a great time, even if we didnt watch raw. It was kinda a big lift me up. Got me going. Twas a good day. Twas a very good day
