Well, I did make *something* to post...
It's only an avatar, however, it took me hours to recolor the flowers on one of the layers, so I suppose there's some sweat and effort involved, lol...
BTW, this is a self-portrait by Virgee Marie Lebrun, one of the few famous women painters of the 18th century. She was one of Marie Antoinette's favorites, and did several official portraits of the Queen as well as her children. I love her self portraits, as well as the portraits she painted of her own children because they have so much personality - they're some of the few 18th century portraits where the subjects are pictured with genuine smiles.
