(no subject)
So loads to catch up on. In the last 3 days I kinda wouldn't let myself open LJ because of the positively absurd amount of work I had due today. I had two 5 page papers due, my history one ended up being 9 full pages however. So that engulfed my weekend. BUT, yesterday I got to see Steph, so that was quite lovely and exciting. I originally said yes to coffee, but that turned into coffee(well tea for me), a trip to the science museum, hammersmith, a 20 minute wait on the tube cause some guy decided to take a walk in the tube in the East End, so they had to find him. But it was nice, and we got to talk. And I finished most of my papers at 5am, and went over them again at 8am when I woke up, and then again at like 12pm when I finished my walking tour for Lit class.
And some 26 year old Australian poet/ex-navy man who is apparently my myspace friend reminded me that there was only 4 days left to my birthday. It's a little odd, but nice.
And I made an amazing dinner tonight. Well it was partially due to a knorr "chicken tonight" sauce in a jar, but it was good. Simmered Honey Mustard Chicken and Mushrooms over basmati rice. Yummy.
Have some crappy work to do for Dan's class tommorrow, but I'm gonna try to get some sleep. And start crocheting some mittens.
