(no subject)
Today was so random, it's actually really funny... It all started after school when I went to my friend Heather's house to drop off her college essay I edited for her. And when we were in her living room talking we heard this really loud noise coming from outside and we ignored it, but then it kept getting louder... so then we look out the window and it's the giant leaf vaccum that the DPW uses to suck up all the leaves on the curb... so we kept looking at the guy that was vaccuming the leaves, and then he looked at us, so we ducked down below the window...so we just kept looking at the guy that was vaccuming the leaves, and then he looked at us again, so we ducked down below the window again... so we did this for like 3 minutes, and then Heather was like, "Is that my big brother?!?"(not her real brother, but a close friend of her's she hadn't seen in awhile) "Yea it is!" So the leaf vaccumer man ended up to be one of her really good friends she hadn't seen in a really long time. So that was my first random event. And then nothing really interesting happened. I didn;t end up going to the movies, I went to my school's play (Pygmalian) instead. When I first got there I (literally) ran into my friend Kindy(or rather she ran into me.) She ran towards me from across the lobby and lunged on me. I so wasn't expecting this so I fell backwards and she came too... it was quite funny... and this was all in the midst of everyone coming into the play... it was all good fun though. The play on the other hand... it was pretty bad. One of my friends(Liz) was in it, and she was really good, but everyone else... not really. The one girl that played Eliza is suppossed have a really thick cockney accent. This girl was a pretty good actress and all, except I think I only understood about 5 words she said throughout the entire play... Whatever type of accent she was trying to speak in, it wasn't cockney. So it's my Dad's birthday tommorow, so I stopped at Pathmark on my way home to get a card, so I go in get my card and all, and I'm going out to my car and I hear someone scream, "Look it's Gretchen!" So I look across the parking lot and it's my friend Heather and her friend Kate... and this was at 10:30pm... They both work there and went to check their schedules, and it was sooo random to run into them. So I go over to say hi, and then this other girl from our school gets out of the car next to us, and then we all say hi to her. So I went back in with them and then on our way out there was this group of elderly people standing by her car, so she didn't want to say anything, so she tried putting on the car's alarm... and it worked... but then she couldn't get it to turn off, so she was standing in the parking lot trying to get the car to stop beeping. By now it's like 10:45... so then we were standing next to her car talking and this random guy comes right up to me and asks me if I had a cigarette. I said no and then he walked away. It was really strange cause I was with 2 other people and he came straight to me... kinda strange. So then I went home and that was the end of my strangeness for the day... I'm still laughing cause it was all so randome... hehe... anyways... I should probably sleep now... nighty night
