The Zale Legacy: 1.4
Hello again! I meant to post this up last Sunday before I went on vacation, but it totally slipped my mind. Now that I'm back, I'll need some distraction, otherwise I'm going to be one emo cookie, so expect the next update to come out within the next couple of days, as well.
Previously with the Zales:
- Athena experienced the hardships of being a single mom.
- Everyone had a birthday. EVERYONE.
- Anakin (uselaforce) visited and hung out with his fave - Maggie the cat.
With that, here's this update!
Now that Athena's a full-fledged adult, I figured it was high time that she find a new partner and start to finally move on.
Athena: Do I really need to go to this bar? It doesn't look very...sanitary.
Yes. Yes you must.
Athena: I'm just going to awkwardly dance here and hope no one I know sees me then.

Athena: Wellll, I suppose he is pretty cute. What makes you think that he'd be interested in me, though?
Yeah, it looks like we don't have to worry about that at all.
Athena: Hi, my name is Athena. I, uh, apologize for my dance moves there.
September (uselaforce): I'm September Bifrost. Nice to meet you. And hmm, I don't know, I think your dance moves are kind of charming.

September: I don't know about you, but I'm so worried that justice isn't being hashed in this place. For a suburb, Twinbrook is rife with thieves!
Athena: Oh, I hear you...it's why I became a police officer. Though, clearly, I need more training since I never realised that my ex-husband was on his way to being the Master of Evil.
Athena: This is so sudden, I know, but I just have the urge to kiss you.
September: I know what you mean. But, uh, I just had sushi for dinner. And I haven't had a chance to brush my teeth yet.
Athena: Oh...well, I'm good with a hug, too. We probably shouldn't rush this, anyway.
Cute? They're so cute XD. I forsee a lot of cute little blue-haired babies in their future. Ahem. Too soon?
Baylor suddenly decided to cook. Even though there's 49387523452435 dishes in the fridge >.>.
I'm just glad he didn't burn down the house XD.
Baylor: What? I wanted some mac and cheese. Leave me alone.
Maggie: OMFG! It's Death! Oh god, oh god, oh god, oh god. I'm too young to die!
That's...not Death, honey. That's just Danica.
Maggie: LIES!
LOL, Dani XD. That looks extremely painful.
And sigh...Camille is such a nerd. That's literally all she does. All. Freaking. Day.
He makes the best Evil faces XD.
Camille wanted to hang out with her Dad, so I had her meet him at the community pool.
And holy moly, Anakin (uselaforce) actually showed up!
Except it kind of became a family affair, and everyone else joined in XD. This is going to be interesting.
Anakin: I'm glad you're such a keen reader. You're gonna need it for the family business.
Camille: Uh, Dad, I thought the family business was robbery and evilness?
Anakin: You think there's no brains or genius involved in evilness? Child, it's clear that I need to spend more time teaching you the ways of the Awesome.
Danica: Maybe if I catch a really big fish, they'll finally notice me and pay attention to me.

Danica: Hush, you're scaring the fish.
I knew this wasn't going to go well XD.
Anakin followed them home...and clearly, Baylor = NOT happy with it XD.
Baylor: Look, you can't just waltz in here as if nothing happened.
Anakin: I'm a dick, I know that. You know that, your mom knows that, everyone knows that. It's just who I am. And I don't expect to be your best friend. But I'm still your father, and I still want to be a part of your life.
Baylor: Just go, please.

September left early, though, since he was hosting a party at his house. Athena was invited, of course.
But when she got there, there was no one else around. Guess it was just a party for two ;).

Time for Baylor and Cami's prom!

Turns out that date or no date, they were the star of the prom. My prom King and Queen <3. Though, that is a bit awkward, isn't it? XD

I thought it would be a good idea to throw a bachelorette party while the teens were at the prom.
We even had a jester!paparazzi.
But apparently, Athena would rather read XD.
Which is probably a good thing, since this happened mid-party >.>.
I wanted to have a cute wedding for these two, but seeing as Athena just popped...quicky wedding it is :(.
But they look happy!
So in the end, that's all that matters <3.
And that's it for this update! I'm ahead in the game, so I already have the screenies for the next update. Hopefully I'll be able to put 'em up sometime tomorrow! We need to get this generation going XD.
