Adelle ran down to the dungeons, not wanting to give William reason at all to worry about where she had been for so long. As she made her way to his door, she paused only to straighten herself out, then walk properly into the room. "William," she said quietly, offering him a smile. "I apologise for the wait. I've sent word to my father on King's Cross. All should be well."
With that, she made her way up to him and gingerly kissed his cheek. "What should I help you with?"
