Date/Time: 'Shit Hits the Fan'; Thursday, Oct 29th, after Divinations
Location: Corridors outside the Divinations classroom
Open to: Savannah
Currently involving: Li
Li wandered out of the classroom, sniggering. It wasn't often that he spent almost an entire lesson trying to get a certain blonde Hufflepuff to laugh, but today the catharsis just seemed necessary. He was tense, and his way of both coping with and hiding it was to become extremely silly - though the fact that he thought Savannah was very cute when she laughed might have factored somewhere in there, too.
He sighed and tucked a loose strand of hair behind one ear as he leaned against the wall near the entrance to the room. His cheerful facade faded for a moment as he contemplated the very real possibility of Hogwarts shutting down. Well, 'real' wasn't the right word. Honestly, he was having trouble even believing that it was happening, yet, there it was, staring everyone in the face. Worst of all was this uncertain phase while the school was 'evaluated'. Was he or was he not going to have to go home and try to learn to eke out a living as a shopkeep and fortune teller like his mother? Lost in thought, he stared at the floor as he tried to guess what was going to happen in the next few days and weeks and promptly forgot that the whole reason he was standing there at all was because he was waiting for Savannah to emerge.
