so today christine and i got a chinchilla. his name is franklin i think. but hes the coolest guy around. i have been afriad to get him out of the cage, but i read (on the internet!) how to intise him to want to come out by using raisins. so after eating 3 or 4 myself i decided to aproach my new friend. he was a little hesitant at frist, but after a few soothing words like; "come here franklin." and "here boy..." i was able to coax my little ball of fur to come onto my hand and out of the cage. :) now he is sleeping after a long hard 3 hours of play time, and i am watching TV. hope this post is exciting for you as it is for me... see you in St. Louis
