Oh man, I was righteously pissed that He Is Legend didn't show...I came down at about 6:30, not having a ticket, found out it was sold out, waited around with a buddy of mine out front, eventually got in after they released more tix, and THEN found out he is legend dropped off

and yes, as far as I know BTM are in fact playing. They're Canadian, so I imagine the border trouble would be kept to an absolute minimum.
