baby steps to our big move
I'm taking a break from packing this week. However, I'm feeling good about where I am leaving things at the moment. It is hard to want to say goodbye. We've been in Yakima for 5 1/2 years. We moved here as a couple and we are going to leave as a family of four. We've gained so much by living here, yet we long for so much, which is why we are moving in the first place. And the things I'm speaking of are intangible, but we have also accumulated 5.5 years more STUFF! We are getting the biggest moving truck we can. Will we be able to fit it all into the truck? These are my new philosophical questions! DS thinks we are moving this week. He is pumped up. He found his "new house" at a model home in Snoqualmie Parkway. He is three and has a very vivid imagination. Though this home is not in our future plans, we do plan on decoing his room w/ Bob the Builder in our future home.
