[Voice-wise, accidental or not, there isn't much to go by. The journal seems to have been knocked open in some way or another, causing a small smudge of blood to appear on the page (and raindrops) and a pained groan to be recorded.
Then a pause.

[Out in the woods, thankfully only a meter or so in from the east side, is Yuri. An unmoving Yuri, slumped up against a tree, seemingly trying to fight to stay awake.
... Considering how bloody his clothing looks on his right side, along with the small collection of cuts around the upper part of his arms and shoulder (hidden by his clothing, but some bloodstains are in that area as well), the reason why may be fairly obvious.
Oddly enough, he looks almost ... bitterly amused as he stares straight ahead, not really focusing on anything in particular. If anyone happens to be out in the woods (... in the rain, for some ... reason ...), he could certainly use the help.
... But that person may want to announce themselves before coming near him, or they may be in for quite a surprise.]
