moodiness is a spice
Lately I seem to be in the mood for costume dramas in Chinese… and almost nothing else. I'll probably be watching Shut Up (slowly) and nothing else in Korean (unless I rewatch The Princess' Man like I'm tempted to, and I'm slowly rewatching The Legend). But as I'm nearing the end of Dream of the Red Chamber and the middle of Vigilantes in Masks, I'm feeling like I might return to Legend of the Condor Heroes (2008)... which I never finished because the mood left me.
Actually I think the problem was that there were several dozen (it felt like) episodes on a row on this island with Poison Guy and Two Other Fighting Masters and I was unspeakably bored. Maybe if I just skip ahead of the island episodes I'll be fine, because I really did enjoy Yang Kang and Mu Nianci. They were my favorite part.
Lately I also feel like some rewatch dabbling. Like a few episodes of Black & White now that my official copy is here. But other than my Battlestar Galactica rewatch, there's really nothing in English I feel like bothering with.
