Edmund, it could be said, had become a very sensible boy since his first trip to Narnia. He was much more level-headed, he listened a good deal more and when he put his mind to it, he was very good at strategy and tactics, especially in the face of the unknown.
His mind hadn't changed overnight, even if certain parts of his anatomy had. That would be why, after the discovery that he was a victim of 'Fandom weirdness' as he'd heard the term thrown about, the door was closed and he was staying right where he was until he was back to normal. He'd forgotten to lock said door, but he wasn't coming out for anything short of an air raid.
