Oh dear gods, are SanSan never going to catch a break?! Poor Sansa, you really do have to feel sorry for her in this tale - first Joff (!), then some random Frey (!!) and now the blasted Mallisters ( ... )

Hahaha yes poor Mallisters, they don't really deserve it but I went through a process of elimination with all the major houses to try and work out who had eligible sons, who eas of high enough birth and who was not already aligned with the Lannisters... And it was tough to find anyone! Unless he wants her to marry Lord Manderly's fat son who would probably squash her to death on the wedding night ( ... )

I have to admit that I love writing Arya, this story would be far more boring without her :) and yes, Sansa kicks ass in her own way!

Go Sansa! I'm so pleased she told Robb a few home truths! Hopefully he will see the truth in what she says. I'm interested to see what Catelynn thinks of Sansa's reaction, especially in light of what she thinks happened to her in Kings Landing.
I'm really enjoying your work, thanks for updating.

He definitely needed to hear it! He's been given a lot of responsibility at a young age but he can't simply take his sisters for granted or expect to impose his rule upon them, and he needs to learn that.

Catelyn's reaction might take a couple of chapters (I only have a vague idea of a few things that need to happen in the next one, haha!) but it'll definitely be there :)

And thank you for always leaving me such lovely feedback!

Hahaha I love that! Poor Robb, he has no idea what's going to hit him ;) All he has is a vague suspicion of something going on and no real idea of the truth!

I also love Caro's Sansa and how she's growing into a confident young woman :) Arya and Sansa are both growing and they're a good influence on each other as they both find their own places in life.

I think you're very right about that, I see Robb and Sansa's relationship as more of a dutiful loving one, rather than the freedom that Jon and Arya have in expressing themselves to each other, maybe because neither quite fit into any predefined role within the family - Jon as the bastard and Arya as the rebel, while Sansa always fulfilled her role.

And yes Robb, stop being such a hypocrite :P

Oh this chapter was so sad :( just as good as ever but the way they had to hear yet again they can't be together by robb just broke my heart. You can really see a changed sansa- one who is wiser and able to bear pressure. Even if they weren't together in this chapter you wrote their love for the other so well that one could practically feel it :) ahhh i just love this story so much <3

Ahhh thanks so much hon :) There's still a few more ups and downs to go, we might have to work on Robb a little bit more before the end... Sansa might have her emotional outbursts at times but she does know how to resist pressure and wait for the right time to address things. Hopefully the next chapter will fix things slightly ;)
