Really loved how haunting this chapter is how Arya is finally getting her vengeance yet she's learning its not as satisfying as she once believed. I thought it was so heartbreaking how she once feared she would not be loved if they knew she was a killer, now it is the only thing her 'mother' values. liked how through Stoneheart she sees her own reflection, and how it leaves her uncertain for the future and what will become of htem all. At the same time I love how Gendry remains even if it goes against everything he believes. How he's become Arya's only moral compass, keeping her on the right path even if she doesn't realize it.

Heh nice insertion of Sansan too that was awesome. I liked how Arya is coming to realize her big sister is not the same girl she used to be. And perhaps there's more to Sandor than meets the eye. But have to say itw as the ending that really left its mark how she holds onto that deep within so that even in teh darkest hour hope grows...

I always love the possibilities of AUs - If this had happened then what? If this had not happened, then what? If Arya had received that mirror, that glimpse into what her future might be, that experience of what vengeance really meant, would it have changed her? If she'd still had a friend with her, somebody to support her and be there for her, would she have gone as far as she did? Ahhh these possibilities!
