Очередное убийство полицией безоружного американца произошло в США, на этот раз в Шарлотте (штат Северная Каролина). После убийства последовала серия протестов, что вынудило власти ввести в городе комендантский час и отправить представителей Национальной Гвардии, которые не преминули использовать против демонстрантов слезоточивый газ.

Не перевела, а просто прочитала разные источники, взяла несколько фактов и сама всё написала. Ну, кроме статистики.

It looks like in poor districts they shoot people just for looking funny at them. Must be on steroids or something. I mean the policemen.

Is police civil enough to people in Germany? I haven't heard anything violent ever happening. But you can never trust mass media too much.

I think it wasn't that long ago that they released the report about how often policemen had to shoot at anyone, meaning "had to kill one" or "had make one disabled to fight". Let it be in the frame of 100 people, not more. It's totally different compared to America if you look at the use of service weapons

Well, in this case, policemen are no different than workers: being abused with long hours and poor working conditions. This actually plays into our hands. They can easily join people if they are in the same position. Just as it already happened in history.
