Alone For the End of the World
Personally I've always found that being a single lady is major fun, and so is being a not so single lady. It's enjoyable to date and its enjoyable to go home and sit in my underpants being a gross human and interacting solely with the internet too. There's only one tiny thing that I have to say to go with this, you should never have to be alone if you're not single.
No, I do not mean that you should spend every waking moment with your partner good god just no but what I do mean is that if you go months without seeing them then you're not really in a relationship. [note: these are my opinions and to those of you for have "successful" long distance relationships then bless you but this post is 100% about me personally]
In my particular case, I cannot do long distance relationships at all and to try would just lead to ruin for whatever it is that I have going with that person.
There are only two reasons you should ever be alone:
I just can't handle the thought that I'm going to hurt someone just because I'm not around them enough, and it isn't fair to anyone in the situation. Okay that's all.
