Star Wars III=Overrated
Yea. It is ridiulously overrated. I am quite taken aback at how people can actually consider this a good movie. It held my attention for like 30 minutes, and the rest of the time I was periodically checking my watch to see how much time was left. The acting was absolutely horrible. Every single time Natalie Portman was on screen I wanted to blow my brains out. The dialogue was so cheesy and cliche ("NOOOOOOOOOO!") and the movie just seemed to flashy. What the hell is Lucas thinking. You can substitute substance for style.
Anyway, my birthday was yesterday. I got a hard guitar case and a pedal board. My sister got me a Smashing Pumpkins shirt that is coming within a few weeks, and my brother got me Soundgarden-Badmotorfinger, which should be here within the week. I also saw Star Wars which I just talked about. I also got money.
I spent some of my money today on a few CD's. I got Tenacious D, Sublime, and Queens of the Stone Age-Lullabyes to Paralyze. But I totally contradicted myself and bought them at Barnes and Nobel and spent about $60. So I feel kind of stupid for that.
