Okay. So thing about Organization XIII is that each member is affiliated with a particular element. Saïx is referred to as the Luna Diviner and is rather unsurprisingly aligned with the moon. This means he'd be able to pick up other people who are connected to the moon somehow! If you aren't sure, feel free to comment anyway and we can work the details out between us.
To other people who can pick up on that sort of thing, he'll ping as both moon-aligned as well as something of a berserker.
