So, our van ended up needing, among lots of little things, an engine and a transmission. Yeeeeeeeeeah. My in laws are amazing and they picked up the entire tab between them, but still. I can't imagine it was cheap.

On the bright side, the last payment cleared today. In a few weeks we should have the title. Yep, we own the van!!!! Let's hope the

LOL she's affectionately known as the TARDIS, due to the fact that she's held together by bubble gum and duct tape. And that she regularly requires hammering with a mallet to function. Yet, the old girl keep truckin' along :-)
