OKZ. I am writing another tutorial, and I've been OBBSESSED with Selective Coloring, so this tutorial uses it, SO I AM SO SORRY TO THOSE PSP USERS. Get PS. It pwns. ;D

So we start with this image. Screen it once at 50%.

Create a Hue/Saturation layer. Input so~
Saturation: +38

Hit these buttons shift+apple key+e(For Mac, don't know for Windows, maybe you replace the apple key with ctrl, but the long way is Layer>Merge Visable). Free her from her background. (Many ways to do this. Lasso Tool, Eraser....)

Take this texture by 77words
(Let me know if you know. :x) and put it beneath Mikuru. Also make a new layer and this texture by ?
Put it on Color Burn 100%. Also, make a new layer and stroke Mikuru, 3px, Center in white. (Below Mikuru)
So the order of the layers is Colored Texture, Black and white texture, stroke, and Mikuru.
Write 'Mikuru' in Print Dashed above all the layers and duplicate it about 7 or 8 times. (I know, but it wouldn't show up. :x)

Duplicate the Mikuru layer, and bring it to the top. Select her and fill her with 2cffb2. Softlight 80% are the settings.

IT'S TIME FOR THE SELECTIVE COLORING. :D
So create a Selective Coloring layer. Input these settings~ :D

Cyan: -100%
Magenta: 0%
Yellow: +100%
Black: 0%
Yellows
Cyan: -100%
