It's Official Official
One last step in the officiality of my promotion -- my office is packed, my new office is partially moved into, I've started training for the new job and then, today, the official announcement! I'm super bouncy today, can you tell?
Everyone,
I am very happy to announce that on_reserve will be joining the Media Development group as our newest Media Development Editor, effective March 3, 2008. For those of you who have worked with on_reserve, and that will be most of you, you know that she is an incredible talent. She has a great understanding of systems and process, and I am delighted that she will bring that understanding to the world of Media.
on_reserve joined the company in 2000 as a Production Administrator, and soon moved to Development to become E-Boss' right-hand person. She possesses a keen intellect and natural willingness to "pitch in". She has a track record of success: mapping process, project management - from data analysis to managing huge cross departmental office moves to arranging a terrific party (our annual BBQ).
Additionally, E-Boss has often remarked that on_reserve is the cheeriest, best natured person she has ever known. I know E-Boss is sincere in this assessment, appreciates all on_reserve has done over her tenure, and is delighted she is moving to this next challenge.
