Since Jen had met Daniel and Jethro at the ER, she had her own car there. Daniel had opted to ride home with Jethro, so she went on her own. She didn't even realize she had peeled out of the hospital parking lot. Emotional driving leads to speeding; it's a small miracle she didn't get pulled over by DC police. Getting home before Daniel and Jethro, she sits in the car in the driveway and waits for them.
