She looked at River. "I need you to take some of our Queens and deposit the virus in the nearest settlement," she said. "I'll be close behind with the troops."

She sent out a call to the Queens, requesting them to join her.

"Oh, and I have a present for you," Kerrigan added. A large creature unburrowed by River's side. "This infestor cannot leave traces of the virus on the buildings as the Queens can, but it may take individual Terrans," she explained. "It will be useful."

River shifted into human form, then approached, telling the Queens and the Infestor to follow her but avoid being spotted. As she came close enough for the Marines to spot her, their immediately raised their guns.
"Halt!"
River stopped , her shoulders drawn up and tense. "Will you help me?" The Marines weren't that easily fooled, of course, but it was strange enough for them to hesitate, and exchange a few words among themselves. In that moment, River leapt forward, and before they could fire she was close enough, her wings now spreading and stabbing at her enemies. Her companions followed.
