specifically hello to moonwitch and versatile_dream. i'm here, okay? STOP NAGGING. MY GOD. omg iluguys (!!!).
uni is eating me alive as always but i am kind of enjoying it, and by 'it' i mean Modern Russia and American lit because yes, why did no one ever tell me how fucking awesome American literature is? and i don't mean that to sound completely and utterly ignorant because yeah i knew but shit there is depth to this stuff, depth and identity crises and reclusive chicks who only dress in white and dudes with borderline-unhealthy attachments to Abe Lincoln and did i mention William Faulkner? the guy who until a few months ago i only understood could write an exhaust-pipe gag that could really make you think (if you get that reference i fucking love you), but is in fact now one of my favourite authors if only based on The Sound and the Fury and the first fifty pages of Absalom, Absalom! (oh my lord why did i choose to do my presentation on that book because yeah i love it but do i get it?)
so. what i can tell you is that i have this theory that the amount of italics used in an lj entry increases exponentially with the amount of time spent away from the internets. or something. i forgot maths about 1.5 years ago ok but you get the idea. (this theory may also be applied to how much i curse).
what i can also tell you is that ilu all v. v. much and i still read you (that could sound dirty in some contexts i'm sure) ev-er-y dayyyyyy.
