see, i'm one of those 'friends' that takes forever to get around to the friending part. just like i did with miggie actually. i just hang around and scare you with talk of narnia (OMGNARNIA).

i haven't heard bert doing that cover and while i do adore him in some odd little way, it's a bit like a cardinal sin, no? i don't know, it'll depend on what he did to it.

he massacred it, really. it's funny, i can't stand The Used, but i have a strange thing for Gerard from My Chemical Romance even though they're not really my thing at all (apart from a few songs). he's just so cute.

it isn't even a getting-to-know-you thing! more like 'hi i'm SHY so i'll skirt around the edges of your journal for a while'. mind, it does work the other way too. there are so many people on my flist that i never talk to because it was initially based on a 'hey you seem cool, friends?' 'lolz okay!' thing without seeing if we could even manage a conversation.

am downloading it now, since my interest (or horror??) has been caught. gerard is the most endearing lil button ever, i want to pat him on the head and say 'you're singing about suicide and gruesome murder, aren't you a DOLL?'

OMG PERFECT. he so is. even in 'Helena' the subject matter isn't so violent but he's so dramatic in the video i want to sit him down and put ribbons in his hair.
