my day was eaten by bureau-crazy, as so many days inevitably are, and it made me want to blow up and/or kill stuff. bureau-crazy in the federal government defies all that is logical and sensible. bureau-crazy can turn even the gentlest soul into a homicidal maniac. it's a modern plague in inefficiency.
