No!!! I wanted Great Aunt to be the amazing strong woman behind them. But they did that to her =(
I know In Kyung has good intentions but sometimes I feel like she's so selfish. In Joo just wants simple things but always ends up in the most complicated situations. In Hye seems like the smartest one right now
So...that orchid society, what do they actually do?
I felt like we're moving fast then I saw this is actually just 12 episodes and I hope they conclude the story in one season. I want to know what happens next so the wait for the next episode is stressing me hahaha
i knowwww i was so surprised! do you think injoo killed her because of the orchids? for some reason i have the feeling it was self-defense, the great aunt seemed kind of menacing earlier in the conversation
i feel like inhye is using the situation to her own personal advantage, but isn't overseeing the long-term consequences of her actions and isn't always considering what that might mean to her loved ones or even herself later on. i think she is just so focused to get out of her current life that she would sacrifice anything for it, which i struggle with personal but makes her an interesting character. i on the one hand love inkyung's strong morals but it's frustrating as well because she puts herself and others in danger all the time! it's also compelling to see her morals contrasted to her more practical grand aunt and injoo (who challenged her black-and-white views too)
ugh this better be a one season show even though i enjoy it! i don't want a second season for every show.
I think the orchids does crazy things to your subconsciousness but I don't want to think about it too much because it complicates things and I don't want that hahaha I was ok with the orchid being a symbol of those who's within their web/circle and if that person is to be eliminated, they simply send that as a message to them. but I really don't know. My friend was asking me after episode 4 aired what's with the orchid...I didn't know how to answer LOL
the sisters are complicated. but very very interesting and well-written characters. despite being difficult in so many levels, I love them!
I usually watch kdramas as they air and I don't mind having to wait for a week for the next episode. This is one of the few kdramas that makes me really want to see the next episode!
It's only 12 episodes. YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm really loving this so far. The acting has been amazing! Uhm Ki Joon is perfectly casted (he does these roles so well). At the first, I hated the youngest sister; now, it's the middle sister. I truly wish the dark mob mistress would just take her out next episode.
I'm really intrigued by the plot and nuances in the characters. I'm constantly asking which sister best represents my views, and I still can't decide. Well done, writers and actresses.
I can't believe the best character is no longer with us (those who have read the book may be laughing at me at this point, but *she* may have best represented my views!).
My only complaint is the false climaxes that the end of the episode is near. I keep anticipating the ending music, but alas, no. It's a little distracting for me. I find myself tuning out a bit because the next scenes are not what I expected. However, if that's the only gripe, we're in a good place.

yeah i'm kind of mixed on the orchid stuff, i like it as a symbol but it being used as a sort of drug is a bit too far-fetched for me idk
this is how i feel about the sisters too! none of them are perfect but i want them to succeed!
