No, this isn't the iconic duo Woohyun and Key (I'll never forgive them for calling themselves ToHeart tbh; such a wasted opportunity!) Wookey is a new hip hop/r&b artist who debuted earlier this year with "Way I Like" and has produced for at least one other artist. It's hard to find much info about him but he looks to be on This is It Records, although he's not listed on their website.
