I think maybe he succeed with korean girls but not with international fans, of course. He thinks what a lot of people (not only men) think of us even in supposedly open-minded and equality countries.
He's my favourite SUJU member (3 years now, wow) and I'm a little disappointed but I must see this in his context (and not mine because well, mine ain't that great XD) and Korea isn't the paradigm of rights, civil or sexual liberty or such things so yeah, you can disagree with him or hate him for saying this but that's the way a lot of people think and to change it they need a new mentality and to teach children the right values to reach someday the equality we deserve :D
I love Shin even more for what he said, that was totally cute! <33 (I hope that wasn't a fake to look charming... I don't think so but still...idk anymore, hehe
