Shipping and handling are not included in the prices, so please include your zip code with your order. Ask for additional pictures of anything you're interested in--I don't mind taking them. I only accept paypal except under extenuating circumstances. I'd prefer to ship within the U.S. unless you're willing to pay more for shipping.
