I liked this, how funny it was that Harry only stopped crying when Sirius started talking about his detentions, and the touch of angst from the war and Remus' supposed betrayal. It's a bittersweet fic.

A nice twist on what might otherwise have been a rather overused premise. Not enough people seem to appreciate that the Potters and Sirius believed Remus was a spy any more than they appreciated that Sirius could be a real bully when he was a teenager. This was a wonderful little taste of a fearful time of war for those involved. Your writing is great. Thanks for the lovely glimpse - it's worth friending you :D

Sirius was spot-on and beautiful, portrayed brilliantly. And baby Harry! So cute. I've been meaning to friend you for awhile after reading some of your stories, and now I've finally got a reason to get around to it.

Anyways, thanks for this. Not sugar-coating it, you know, to make the favorite character appear perfect. You left him raw and vulnerable.

Brilliant.

Truly a lovely bonding moment between them. Reminds me of several times spent with both my niece and nephew. (Especially Hannah, as her middle name is Rose, and now I really want to call her Hose! *g*)
