"You heard the doctor," she countered, "you need exercise to strengthen your heart."
"Yes, but..." Takumi replied, "I'm don't think he meant like this..." He looked uneasily at Akira.
She glared back up at him. "You don't want to do it with me?"
"Yes... no... it's just... isn't this a little too soon?"
"I'm ready," Akira said, and indicated her nude body. "You're ready." She pointed to the tent in his hospital gown. "What are you waiting for?"
"What..." Takumi struggled for words. "What if someone walks in on us?"
"It's three in the morning!" Akira hissed.
Takumi bit his lip. "Well," he began, "uh... I mean..."
Akira's eyes flashed. She reached into her discarded clothing and grabbed something. Her arm blurred, and Takumi froze as something very sharp passed frighteningly close to his crotch. His underwear fell in pieces onto the bed, accompanied by most of his gown.
With her other hand, Akira pulled Takumi down onto her. "I though you agreed to start acting like a man," she whispered into his ear. "Why are you being such a coward?"
Takumi hesitated for a moment; then, as Akira's nails began digging into his back, he gave up. Wrapping one arm around her, he reached down with the other to position himself. He braced himself and thrust as gently as he could manage.
He slid into her, and both Takumi and Akira gasped. They held the position for a few seconds, then Takumi pulled back out and thrust a little harder. Instinct took over, and soon he found a rhythm.
"That's better," Akira said softly, then moaned in pleasure. She locked her legs around him and caressed his back. "You can make me - Ah! - a woman, and - Oh! - I'll make you a real - Yes! Yes! - I'll make you a real man."
