I was tagged for the five songs meme awhile ago form fuzzybumblebee
so here they are...these are by no means absolute favorites, just what i've been listening to in the last few weeks:
the Smiths-pretty girls make graves
(sentimental adolescent favorite)
the Beatles-i'm only sleeping
(favorite non-george song)
the virgin prunes-...the song that starts with a k...and starts off " if i die, i die"-i'm too lazy to get the album to check the spelling.
(watching U2 on conan made me think about how much cooler a family member the virgin prunes had in it)
the chameleons uk-mad jack
(listening to the cd version, but wanting the bootleg copy on the back of a bootleg cassette of joy division i bought when i was 15)
my husband's version of -little sadie
