The Captain is back, which is good, and the play is tonight which is something to look forward to.
I recently went out with Rhyme to see what I could find, and to just get to know her a little better too. She's just like Beat said, but she kind of convinced me to start practicing magic again. I haven't done so steadily ever since what happened to Ed and Al. I mean. Outside of the usual enchantments I use when making magitech.
I guess that's pretty pathetic, huh? A magitech engineer who has qualms about using magic. No wonder I'm nowhere near as good at Granny was but...
...I don't know. I'm not sure if I'll be able to, but I did promise her. I won't let myself mule over it too much, after all there are more important things to be concerned about. I should go to do my usual round of investigation in the city before the play since we'll probably be taking off shortly after.
