I don't have any formal wear. I can't even remember the last time I wore a dress. Or even skirt. Not since I had that stupid singing waitress job when I was thirteen.
But I'll manage to find something before then. I plan on attending; feel I must as the first mate. I'm not sure if the Captain is going to require us all to go, so for now I'd appreciate it if people would inform me of who is going and who is staying, just so we can keep a tally.
I'm hoping for the best out of this, but we do have to be realistic. I know for a fact that the Victoria crew has nothing planned, but that doesn't mean nothing might end up happening. So I just advise all of you who due plan to come to be ready. And please. Remember yourselves, and the situation at hand.

Hey Rikku, I hate to ask this but I don't know how else to get one. I need a dress, and possibly a tux for the upcoming peace conference. I know that the Winding Way has a lot of costumes and outfits so I was wondering if you could lend me one?
