Full agreement on Garrosh. Hell, I wrote not one, but two posts on the Blizzard forums complaining about the complete buttfucktry that is the Garrosh character development since Nagrand. The guy and his people have absolutely no experience of hostility from either the Alliance OR the Lich King and yet he is the fucking poster boy for Horde Jingoism towards the both of them. The Ulduar trailer irritated the shit out of me not only for his rabid dog attitude ("oh, I am so depressed because I'm afraid my people are nothing but a bunch of rabid dogs") but Thrall's persistent and baffling tendency to give this self-righteous prodigal son undeserved amounts of power and influence within the Horde. God, I mean, if he had, I don't know, brought Sylvanas to this meeting, Varian Wrynn would have still probably blown up in anger at them but at least she wouldn't have been idiotic and pig-headed enough to throw the first punch.
Wrynn is a god damned joke. It's my understanding that the writers at Blizzard wanted to make him a cool, tough-as-nails "Anti-Thrall". What they fail to understand is that Thrall is pretty awesome which means making an anti-Thrall means creating someone who is pretty not-awesome and even most of the Alliance players despise Wrynn with a passion. I still can't get over the hypocrisy of his "RAAAR! YOUR PEOPLE MADE ME A GLADIATOR SLAVE DIE YOU MONSTER!" statement at the end of the Undercity event.
I think you're right though. I'm damn near willing to bet cash money that we'll have to kill Ysera. They've already planted the seeds for Nozdormu too. It'll all turn out to be some big Xanatos Gambit by Alextrasza to take dictatorial control of the entire dragon race and then we'll have to kill her too. And then there will only be Deathwing. And he'll eat Thrall and Garrosh will become the new leader of the Horde and I'll shoot myself in the face.
