Season 10 of The Simpsons is generally pretty fail but it has a few episodes where Homer is not jerkass enough for me to despise it or the gags are mindlessly funny in a non-offensive-to-the-intelligence way. But man, in the season finale, there's this one joke:
Marge: Come on Homer, you'll like Japan. You liked Rashomon.
Homer: That's not how I remember it!
And it damn near made the entire season worth it. I was like, "Whoa guys! Whoa! Shouldn't a joke that brilliant be in an earlier season? Or like, on Futurama?"
